Hello there ,
i am trying to reserve for sendbox and it shows 5 min for setup but taking too much time.
i have tried 2-3 times but setup still not completed. Pls help.
need to use API from this site and it shows it first require to register in sendbox yhen you will get secutrity token.

I would suggest opening a Support ticket for this.
our Support Engineers will be able to collect the right diagnostics and logs to understand what is the specific issue you are encountering.

While this specific issue should be a ticket, I wanted to add what might be helpful information for others. Logs per Sandbox are available.
C:\ProgramData\Qualisystems\logs
Within this folder, there will be folders labeled by the Sandbox ID. (remember the Sandbox ID will be at the end of the URL when you are in the sandbox in the CloudShell Portal)
For each Sandbox Folder the Setup Script and Teardown Script should create a log. In addition if any shells are activated during the time the Sandbox is active, their respective logs will be here also.
So if you have a Sandbox that hangs during setup, etc. this is a good starting point to look at.
