Hey folks, new to Quali. We are looking to evaluate Quali as a potential product to create a metal as as a service on prem solution. I'm a little vague on exactly what CloudShell does but can anyone tell me if this is not a valid use case for this product? Looking for ideal something with LDAP integration, self-service user mgmt, multi-tenancy, and ability to discover hardware on a subnet and provision user provided OS images. We are also looking at Foreman and Rebar and just wondering if we're barking up the right tree here. Thanks!
Hi cwb124 - You may be interested also in some bare metal OS as well that Quali can run on top of. If interested we combine a Bare metal OS (SDI OS) from Cypherpath with Quali to give you a hyperconverged, easy to manage complete environment for what you described above. Please reach out to me directly for more info. thanks

Hi,
Yes, we have built out plugins and shells to support provisioning bare metal in a sandbox and offering it via a self-service portal.
I think it would make sense to have a session with myself or another one of our engineers to discuss further what you are looking to do and we can demo the Quali CloudShell product for you.
Please email me at chris.g@quali.com with your name and where you are located and I'll be sure to set that up.
Thanks
