Hey there!
One of our QualiX servers is throwing the following error when trying to connect to resources:
You do not have permission to access this connection. If you require access, please ask your system administrator to add you the list of allowed users, or check your system settings.
I have verified for each connection to the resources have the correct credentials, and I've logged into everything without QualiX and verified everything is working okay outside of guac. This guac connection for this lab has worked without any issues in the past.
I've also rebooted the QualiX server, and verified that the server is in sycn with NTP.
It is possible something is wrong with the Qtoken or key? Any suggestions?
Thanks!
Jacob

Can you please provide the Quali X version and the XML configuration for the keys?
Also make sure the Quali Server and the Quali X both have the time correctly sync'd as that handles authentication. We have a powershell utility that ensures this is the case.
Thanks

Hello Chris,
I'm only familiar with the basics of QualiX so I'll need a bit of guidance. I'm familiar with the configuration keys for guac, but I'm having difficulty locating the file that has them. I looked in various customer.config files but can't find anything obvious. I'm also not sure exactly which verion of QualiX we're running, but our currently Quali Version is 7.1.0.5593.
I've verified that NTP is running and should be synced, but it would be helpful to try out your PowerShell utility to see if it's properly synced.
Thanks!
Jacob

Hi,
The configuration keys for QualiX are located on the Quali server in `C:\ProgramData\QualiSystems\Settings\Global\ServerUniversalSettings.xml` and there is a section called `<ConfigurationSection name="LinkApplications">`
CloudShell Version 7.1 should support QualiX 2.2, 2.3, and 2.4 and the configuration keys for each can be used for the legacy ones from 2.2 or new formats introduced in 2.4. Regardless, the time sync is most often the cause of the issue.
You can download our powershell script which confirms time sync is good can be found here: http://help.quali.com/doc/8.1/QualiX/Content/QualiX/Set-UTC-Time.htm
Thanks

Did you run the PS utility or did it solve itself somehow?
