A script (resource or environment) can also be a zip file with one main file and multiple dependencies.
So one way is to have all your commands taking the same dependencies into their zip file - you can take a look at the Default Sandbox Setup/Teardown scripts, they are built in that way, and take a look at the cloudshell-orch-sandbox repository on github to see how it's done (using a qpm utility and some ini files in the spec folder).
Another way, if you have some packages that are required for the script, and they're available on pypi, is to try and use them, and if it fails - install them - from the script like this:
try: import tftpy except: import pip pip.main(['install','tftpy']) import tftpy
It's not the most recommended way (in the python community), sometimes it's best to just report an error when you can't find the package, and the admin will then install the packages on the execution servers.
