John Koenig suggested an idea (#5620) · Mar 23 at 03:52 PM · sandboxessandboxcloudshell portaladministration
What is the problem?
Deleting Sandboxes in CloudShell Portal is required before a user can be deleted that created those sandboxes. This is a manual process of clicking the arrow to the right of the sandbox entry, clicking delete, then clicking ok.
Why is it a problem?
Very time consuming if the user had more than 10 sandboxes.
How do you solve the problem today?
Manually click and delete each sandbox.
How would you ideally solve the problem?
Checkboxes down the left side to be able to do mass actions (ie deletes)
How big is the problem (frequency of impact, who is impacted)
Frequency of task low, CloudShell Admin is impacted
Our customer implemented SSO and found a conflict with original users created in Resource Manager. They had to delete the sandboxes of the original users before they could delete the user accounts. This task consumed several hours.
