Quali API Method to build and update Job Scheduling Suites in the portal

there exists the method to GET details of a suite. We need a SETTER to update suites in the portal programmatically that manual testers can later use in the portal. This a pain point for customers with lots of suite to update the paths of broken test links for instance, or to add one test to a list of many similar jobs.
