Kim Horanyi suggested an idea (#5129) · Jun 10, 2020 at 06:40 PM · domainsandboxpermissions
We have a lot of users that participate in lab support and need the ability to view all sandboxes to gather information for troubleshooting purposes. We do not necessarily want all those users to be able to run commands in sandboxes they are not permitted users for, etc. It would be helpful to have a permissions role that provides a read-only variation on the currrent domain admin role.

Hi Kim,
Thanks for submitting your idea. Could you specify what tasks the support user would need to perform to gather information for troubleshooting? Sometimes it is useful to run commands on a sandbox to gather troubleshooting information. We've seen that with a number of other customers.
thanks,
