Job's Sandbox duration should have option for no hidden padding

Duration of a sandbox for a job has a calculated and a manual option to set. However, hidden is the fact internally an additional about 10% is added. This is confusing too the user when their sandbox nears the max allotted time, in one customer case, 24hrs. The users hit a situation where the time for 12 tests in the job shows it is 23hrs but it fails because the internal bump of 10% then exceeds the max.

Request is to allow disabling the internal padding and/or at least show the true value so the user understands what is wrong.
