Yaron Davidson suggested an idea (#4784) · Oct 02, 2019 at 09:06 AM · domain
As a user or an Admin I have to work with multiple Domains.
Currently I will open a browser, navigate and log in to CloudShell and then select the domain I am working in.
In parallel I would like to open another Tab or Instance of the browser and work on something else in another Domain. As soon as I change the selected Domain in the new Tab / Instance then the Domain in the original Tab / Instance will be changed as well.
This is limiting me from performing certain tasks in Parallel and is not efficient.

Hi @Yaron Davidson, can you please provide some examples were working simultaneously on different domains is required?
Kim Horanyi commented · Jun 17, 2020 at 04:26 PM
We have this same use case and request. It would save a number of our users time if we could have different tabs open, each in a different domain. Our most frequent use case is that the same user is running tests in 2 labs in parallel (integration lab and pre-production lab), and needs to monitor sandboxes in both environments. It is frustrating and time consuming to have to keep switching domains and re-searching for the sandbox in the alternate domain.
Hi @Kim Horanyi
While not solving this idea, make sure your users know they can use a seperate browser (Chrome/Firefox) or normal and incognito instances.
This will help at least when working with two users/domains.
Not the best, but might help.

Hi Kim,
Thanks for raising that issue. As Yaniv suggested, there is a work around available. If we see more interest around this use case in the future, we might consider it as a product feature, but for now this is not planned.
