REST API - Query Testshell list of test shell names
,We would like to be able to query the list of TestShell & cloudshell playbooks/blueprints via the REST API. This would allow us to hit the REST API dynamically.

Thank you @patrick.hastings@verizon.com for opening this idea.
Can you clarify what you mean by "TestShell & CloudShell playbooks/blueprints"? Our Sandbox REST API already has a method that returns all blueprints, see documentation here.
To better answer your request it will also be beneficial if you can describe your flow - do you consume CloudShell Sandboxes from some external tool via our REST API?
Thanks, Alona.

I think @patrick.hastings@verizon.com is referring to TestShell tests as playbooks.
