Kimo Saper suggested an idea (#4159) · Dec 03, 2018 at 05:39 PM · blueprintcloudshell portalattributes
Currently the Resource 'Box' on the canvas (not sure of the right term, Icon should be the pic with in the box) Displays 3 pieces of information: Resource Name, Address, Model.
I would like the ability to optionally display a 4th, picked from the Resources' Attributes, ideally at the blueprint level.
There are many times that we need a little bit more information to distinguish/differentiate one resource from another, esp of the same model.
An easy solution might be to add the ability to select one attribute to display, optionally by the designer. You could click on the attributes of the resource and select one from the list to "pull forward"
I'd focus on one, otherwise the display will get too crowded. 4 lines is pretty much the limit. Adding a pulldown to select from the attributes wouldn't be too hard, or a radio button on the attributes.
I see things like OS Version as being a possibility, as many things in the lab get labeled my model number or system name, where as a OS Build (or possibly another attribute) would be very helpful in IDing the resource (or explaining it's role in blueprint)

Thanks for the idea Kimo
If this proves to be a popular request we can add this to our backlog
