Hi @jalal.jawwad@one.verizon.com, Regarding the first part of your question, I would start by looking at our integrations section, https://community.quali.com/integrations, for the required device shell.
If you can't find it i would try asking our community using the forums ,https://community.quali.com/forums, if anyone have experience with the requested device.
If you want to develop a shell by yourselves i would first try to define the required functionality you need from the shell (just autoload and inventory management, automation commands etc.) you can look at our existing shells standard and use our devguide for assistance, https://devguide.quali.com/shells/9.0.0/getting-started.html.
if you require assitance with this matter i would contact our customer success team which can assist you in defining what's needed and how to achive it.
