Rajasekaran veerichetti suggested an idea (#3450) · Mar 21, 2018 at 11:01 AM · job schedulinginputs
I am try to get password variable published to the details for the user to enter at runtime i.e., either while scheduling the job/suite (especially required/preferable) or in the blueprint/sandbox any kind of combination?
Currently you can enter it as plain text, but I want it to be encrypted, while entering it as well as during transmission.
Currently Password type variable is not supported in Global Input. Can this also be included please?
Thanks & Regards,
Raj.

Hi, I'm happy to update that this functionality was just released in CloudShell 8.3 EA (the GA version will be released mid-April). Now if you publish a password input to the job you can see it in the job details, and it is kept encrypted while typing and during transmission.

Hi Alona,
Thanks for the quick response. If you could provide the help link for it, it will be helpful.
This is just to understand only on the job scheduler as well as Global Input
Waiting for 8.3GA :-)
Thanks & Regards,
Raj.
