George Rainovic suggested an idea (#3443) · Mar 19, 2018 at 11:27 PM · user permissionsadminreservation
It is possible for one user to reserve too many resources, and deprive others of the resources.
Can something be added in to the user database, to let Admins limit how many resources one user can reserve across all of his/her reservations?

Hi, thank you the idea, a small clarification - In a reserved sandbox you can have shared resources - these can be used in parallel by multiple users in multiple sandboxes, and we also have exclusive resources that are locked for one user in a sandbox - I'm assuming that you want to limit the total number of exclusively locked resources per user.
I personally think that this feature may lead to bad user experience for end users who really need a sandbox fast as part of their job, they will need to ask the admin to raise that limit and it may take time, and so on... I prefer to invest in better scheduling and allocation features that help users share resources efficiently in a self service manner with minimal administrative intervention.
However, I'm keeping an open mind and willing to consider this based on popularity.
