Our lab users have this same problem, because the text field is so small none of our global input values fit within the display area. It is one of our most frequently received complaints about the CloudShell tool.

To echo @Kim Horanyi's statement, our users enter long JSON strings into global inputs and the small text area makes these inputs difficult to work with.

We have many users requesting this enhancement, too, but for Resource Command Inputs fields, in particular. I Hope it can be implemented so that any text input box can have the size specified.

This is still the #1 complaint of our users, that it is very difficult to view and modify their global input values. Any updates on the possibility of supporting larger text boxes?

So with older requests like this, how do we gain visibility if Quali is still considering these requests? Given the relative number of votes in the idea box, this is #5 of them items that have not yet been delivered. There as been no further comment from Quali on this issue since the initial one shortly after the request was created.
