Pushing service or app attribute updates to sets of blueprints

Currently each new app or service in a blueprint is a separate instance. if a domain admin makes an update to the default values of app or service attributes, we need a simple way to push this update to all relevant blueprints. right now each relevant blueprint has to be updated individually. suggestion is to have a flag so that the blueprint designer can add apps or services to the blueprint and decide if they can be automatically be updated from the app/service administrator (or not).

Thanks for the idea Pascal, this is something we would like to have in CloudShell in the future.
