Using faster performance PowerCLI calls

PowerCLI tends to be very slow; using two different commands to get the same result can result in entirely different performance. I think it would be nice to use "Get-View" when ever possible for PowerCLI commands and to only obtain the relevant properties as to not pull unnecessary information.
