Improved messaging on reservation conflicts (conflict start date)

Improved messaging for reservation conflicts to be extended by start date. Currently when a reservation has a conflict conflicting reservation end date and user is provided. If start date would be added it may make one making reservation to reduce reservation time. This would help improve kit utilization. An example would be one needing a kit for 5 days however the kit is booked in 4 days time by someone else. CloudShell will suggest next time slot where the kit is available for 5 days. However one can decide to reduce the booking time to 4 days and make use of otherwise abandoned reservation.
