A way to immediately "Terminate" a sandbox (Admin level)

Currenlty Admin can End the sandbox, then have to click the Terminate to prevent any post sandbox actions from running. However dduring development or if there is a known issue with a sandbox, the option to immediately go to a Terminate may be a better option. This includes sandboxes that activate with error.

An optional configuration might be to present the option for all users when their sandbox startup ends up with an error, to present them with the following choices:

to terminate the sandbox (no teardown)
end the sandbox (standard teardown)
proceed (accept the sandbox with error)

If that option were on the "Sandbox" page, as an option under running sandboxes, this might be a good place to put it (vs. in the Canvas view). But I'm open to options.
