Vcenter clean up process for failed deletion of Deployed Apps

In the event that Communications to vCenter goes down during a sandbox duration, the clean up orchestration will fail and you have vCenter vms hanging around and they must be deleted manually as well as deleting the corresponding resource.

this can be addresed with a custom administrative script that references the deployed app of the vcenter cloud provider for apps not inside an active sandbox and run the appropriate actions.

This could ideally be added as a server side monitoring action so that customers don't have to spin up their own solution.

Currently you can find the VMs created in Vcenter from CloudShell by looking into the Quali Folder/Sandboxid and easily delete them in case of a communication issue between CloudShell and Vcenter. We don't have plans to provide an additional script for that purpose.
