Add “Failure Handling” feature

Now in TestShell Studio, Error Handling can be applied in different levels, in the step level, the function level, or the test level. Our suggestion is to have the same feature but for “Fail” status as we have now for “Error” one.

Hi @Mohamed Hamdi, i'm not clear on the the use case, the crietria for a test is useally pass or fail, meaning the test was concluded with a result, what handling steps would you want to include as part of the automnomos test?
